In order to ensure we provide the best possible service, your order is shipped using Fedex Ground, Fedex Freight or our manufacturer's vehicles for local deliveries. Once your order ships, you will receive a final invoice with the associated tracking or PRO #'s ( PRO = freight tracking). Tracking numbers frequently are not active in the Fedex system until the day after the order ships. Please note, larger items are sent via freight services that may limit service to curbside delivery.
Each planter holds a three (3) year warranty from the time of acceptance of the product. We warrant the initial purchaser of our products that they are of quality material and workmanship, and are free of manufacturing defects. More Information
